Booking / Reservation
A holiday accommodation is binding when a suite ordered by the guest and promised by the landlord / hotelier or provided for short-term bookings. A binding accommodation contract or guest accommodation contract is fundamentally free of form, that is also in case of oral, in particular telephone booking. Unless the contracting parties have expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellations
In case of cancellations up to 14 days before arrival no costs are charged

For short-term concellations please notice the following:
13. to 10.day before day of arrival: 50% of the total reservation sum
From the 9.day before arrival and in case of no-show :70% of the total reservation sum

We kindly advice you to take out a cancellation insurance.

To avoid misunderstandings please send us your cancellation letter via e-mail, fax or mail


Arrival
Your suite is available from 16 p.m.

Departure
We kindly request you to leave the suite before 11a.m.on the day of departure.

Breakfast
From 8,00 a.m. to 10,30 a.m.
If possible on the sun terrace

Children
We have special rates for children.

Parking
There are free parking lots for our guests

Extra-charge
For one overnight-stay: 5 €/ person

Tourist tax
Tourist tax will be charged separately . You will receive a guest card. With this guest card you will get discounts on the entrance fee of many facilities.
